How will I receive my photos or videos after the shoot?
After your session, you’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view and download your high-resolution images or edited video footage. Whether we shoot in Puerto Morelos, Cancun, or Playa del Carmen, you’ll get secure, easy access to your final files from anywhere.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my session?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. A 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling, and cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may incur a fee.
What should I wear to my session?
Choose outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable. Light, neutral tones look beautiful against the tropical colors of Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen, while coordinated styles work well for couples and families. I’m happy to help you select clothing that fits both your personality and the location’s vibe.
How soon will I receive my edited photos or videos?
Typically, you can expect to receive your edited photos within 1-2 weeks after the session. Video edits may take a bit longer, depending on the complexity, but I’ll always keep you updated on the timeline.
